Binhyen Ta, O.D.
A 2023 graduate of Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry. Dr. Ta earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. She received her certification from the National Board of Examiners in 2025. Dr. Ta has a kind and compassionate approach to every patient she meets. She is an excellent communicator in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Dr. Ta’s experience and interests include Comprehensive Eye Care, Ocular Aesthetics, Emergency Eye Care, Astigmatism, Diabetes, Cataracts, Glaucoma, and Ocular Surface Disease.
Hughens Saint Franc, O.D.
Dr. Hughens Saint Franc is a 2023 graduate of the MCPHS University School of Optometry. He completed his undergraduate degree at Rhode Island College, where he earned his Biology degree and developed a strong foundation in the sciences that would later shape his passion for eye care. Dr. Saint Franc is fluent in English, French, Creole Haitian, and Spanish. His clinical strengths and interests include Comprehensive Eye Care, Dry Eye Disease, Ocular Surface Disease, and Contact Lens Fitting. He is deeply passionate about helping patients achieve relief from chronic ocular discomfort, and improving their vision through advanced, evidence-based treatments. Dr. Saint Franc bring enthusiasm, clinical skill, and compassion to every patient encounter.
George J. Brown, O.D.
Dr. Brown is a recognized leader in the field of eye care. He has an enthusiastic, warm and friendly manner with people of all ages. In addition to complicated contact lens care, he has an extensive background in pediatrics and vision therapy. Dr. Brown has been a clinical investigator for treatments of dry eye, and computer vision syndrome.
Dr. Brown received his undergraduate degree in Physics from Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts before graduating with honors from The New England College of Optometry in 1986. Following graduation, he served a one-year Fellowship, specializing in eye disease at the Omnivision Center. He is a former recipient of the Bausch and Lomb Contact Lens Award. Dr. Brown has been an active member of our community and in the local optometric association where he served as President in the 1999/2000 year.
